Shipping Policies

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check order status by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For certain remote locations, additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
  3. Package the item securely with all original packaging and include the RAN
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as returns. In your email to customer service, indicate that you want an exchange and specify the item you'd like instead.

If the exchange item has a higher price than your original purchase, you'll need to pay the difference. If it has a lower price, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund for your original purchase.

Warranty Information

All Buy-Watch watches sold through Buy-Watch come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Most models include a 2-year international warranty that covers manufacturing defects. G-SHOCK and some premium models include extended warranty periods of up to 5 years.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Battery replacement (except for defective batteries within the first year)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or water damage on non-water-resistant models
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations

For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. You may be asked to provide photos of the defect and/or return the watch for inspection.
